Brindle is a coat coloring pattern in animals, particularly cattle, having streaks of color, usually originating outward from the central spine of the hide. It is sometimes described as “tiger striped”, although Brindle is more subtle than that of a tiger’s coat.

Originating from Brazil, our hides are hand selected for their superior quality, shine, and suppleness.
Our cowhides are naturally resistant to dirt and stains and are easy to clean with occasional light vacuuming.
Spots and spills can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth using a small amount of soap if necessary.
One of a Kind
All cowhides are made by nature, so no two are exactly alike. While your cowhide will be hand-selected to match the examples as closely as possible, each hide will have it’s own unique character and patina.
Wrinkles and fold marks formed during shipping will quickly fade away and disappear completely after the hide is laid on the floor.
Any cowhide can be easily trimmed to alter the size and shape by using a utility knife. The hide will not fray and the hair will not fall out. Please note that the cowhide cannot be returned if trimmed by purchaser.
