Quality you can trust with custom-engineered solid hardwood frame, built using blocks in all corners, double-dowel or mortise-&-tenon joinery, metal fasteners/strapping & glue.

Featuring seat cushions made from multi-density Ultra Cell foam core, wrapped in channel-stitched down for plush, sink-in comfort with true Eight-Way Hand Tied springs so comfort never takes a back seat to your style.

    THE FABULOUS FRAMES

of Iron & Oak uses 100% Kiln-dried, double-doweled, corner blocked, bench made, 5/4 solid hardwood Maple and Poplar frames with additional Maple stretchers across the base, for maximum durability—The Gold Standard. No plywood, no softwood, no Alder and no particle board. All locally harvested & built in North Carolina!

Many manufacturers use snappy buzzwords to obscure exactly what their frames are made from. They refer to their frames as Manufactured Hardwood, Engineered Hardwood, Cross-Directional Hardwood Laminate, Uni-Body, or some other variant of super special make-pretend woodesque frames, but ultimately plywoods is plywood. Plywood flexes, can delaminate, and does not have the rigidity of a true hardwood frame. Worst of all plywood contains formaldehyde and glues that off-gas chemical, something that many of our customers are not comfortable having in their homes.

Our 5/4 Solid Hardwood Maple and Poplar frames are a natural, healthy product. Safe for your home, your pets, your kids, and most of all, safe for you.

    THE SPECTACULAR SPRINGS

Available with the tried & true traditional Eight Way Hand-Tied Spring System OR Leggett & Platt's Elite Series Soft Luxed pocket coil seat support system.

    TESTIMONIALS

All of my expectations have been surpassed in purchasing two sofas from Mary Beth at of Iron & Oak. Mary Beth had great ideas and the patience of a saint as I came back to the showroom a few times before placing my order. I purchased Chesterfields and they were completed before anticipated and were delivered sooner too. But, the most important thing is that I have the most stunning and well made sofas and am looking forward to enjoying them for many many years. This is the way to buy furniture!

—Mark P. | New York NY

I purchased a Chesterfield sectional from Mary Beth. She made the entire experience so enjoyable and my couch… stunning! Could not be happier!

    —Lynn C. | Philadelphia PA

The show room is great, the people are great, and the furniture is spectacular. I was able to customize almost every aspect of the couch and love seat I ordered. Lots of styles, swatches, and items to choose from. Mary Beth and Anthony were awesome to work with as well. I highly recommend.
